I'm sitting here packing my vest and starting to pick my callers out. I just realized I'll be spending about a week with Larry the Cable Guy in about a week. Not sure how I'll handle having Git'R'Done fellow in the same cabin as me for a week, but we always have a blast. My wife and son are really excited for him to come up and his old truck (my new toy) will be toting us to Kansas again this year.
Then I'll have about 2 weeks hiatus and then something I'm not real use to will happen... A Northern boy by the name of No Nets will be heading to MO to hunt some of our big ole Easterns! Not sure how I'll put up with ole Dcole and stay out of trouble, but this will be a Spring to always remember. I hope dcole and me can start making this a tradition too.
Many of your Spring hunting has already begun, but ours is just getting ready to get started. I've been watching birds strut and it's been nerve wracking. I'm heading to the honey hole this weekend and hope to get some good scouting done.
This Spring will be here and over before you know it, but I'm going to enjoy every minute this year!
Most importantly, I'll get to put work way behind me!
