Me and my fellow chapter members came up with this idea and I put together this call for the event. We always hold our local chapters annual Jakes day event/youth hunt at the Trent Family Farm. It is owned by a fellow committee member's dad who passed away this Winter. We put our heads together and decided to name the Jakes Day in his honor being that he always hosted it every year and loved seeing all the kids enjoying the outdoors. We are presenting this call to his son who is one of the founding members of our chapter. He has no idea about what we are doing and we hope it will be a huge surprise and also pass along his dads tradition to the youth of our sport. Thanks for looking.
