James, very nice, really love the look of that Locust...we don't see much of that and I think it makes a great sounding box

Thanks again guys.  A buddy at work gave me a nice piece of locust that had been in his barn for 20+ years and free wood is always the best to practice with.  *up*   I enjoy working with the locust but it is a lot softer wood then I thought it would be.

I got to play the Ashby locust & walnut call tonight and it was hard to set it back on the table and leave it at the XStand booth!!! That is one sweet playing turkey music playing box call  RkLu

I've used Locust for lids but never for a box. Man thats some hard stuff to chisel out. I like the look of the Ashby callers.  Bill
