I got tired of watching turkeys run away from them . Sometimes they work but why take a chance on spooking them off ? Plus , that makes less stuff to carry around the woods  *lol*

I carry the DSD hen decoys. I have seen my decoys attacked by hens, jakes, and gobblers. I did stop carrying my gobbler decoy. It ran a couple nice gobblers off before I stopped using it. *lol* *lol*

In order of importance ;D

Thermocell
water
shotgun
turkeycall

I like that Charlie...

In my vest I carry..

Two friction calls... A glass caller from Alan Sentell and a slate from Clint Corder
One box call... I've carried a poplar/walnut box from Mike Lapp since 2004...
Two owl hooters.. One from Niles Oesterle and another from Rick Powell
A trumpet... I used to carry two, I decided one of them was bringing me bad luck and in 2007 I dropped it and went to just one... A Hornstra caller..
A small pack of diaphragm calls that I sound awful using
Sanding stones, scotch brite pads, and box call chalk.
A portable pouch of Cottonelle wipes in case I need to leave a few "Parking Tickets"...
An extra face mask and a thin pair of camo gloves
An LED headlamp
A GPS if I'm hunting unfamiliar ground...
5 extra shells...
Some sort of beverage

Chad mine is almost identical except no mouth calls (I sound just plain terrible on them.  Daryl took mine away from me in Kansas a couple of years ago).

Now come on...  didn't you watch the commercials where they just run to them!  *lol*  I had the same experience.  I was tagged out and wanted to give it a real test.  I was laughing so hard when that bird saw the decoy.

I had a decoy get destroyed by a bull.  That was funny :)
