just goofin off....

these are a couple of calls i made just goofin around....
i really dont know what to consider this one..i done it playin round at work the other day and finished it up when i got home..it is a 4 section copper body with aluminum mouth piece and i wraped the joints with some nylon string to hide the joints...al stuff i just had layin round at work....sounds pretty dern good too lots of volume....



this one i did tonight...its cherry i got from a buddy...always wanted to try a spiral and this was my first one....the spiral  was cut by hand and the mouth piece is a wingbone....

I like em.
Did you insulate between the aluminum and copper? They dont like each other and will corrode in time.
I do like the tubing call.

Great lookin calls!...I really like the copper one...Years ago, I worked with The game wardens son...One day he came to work,and told me his dad had caught A guy the day before poaching.The poacher had three BIG OLD longbeards gobblers he had killed.The biggest gobblers,the warden had ever seen!...He had A call just like that copper one with the wire wrapped,and everything! Thats what he used to kill them with....I bet that copper one,will be A turkey killer sho nuff!...Great lookin call!
