Check out the new bow that Mathews plans on coming out with for 2011.  Make sure you check out the MSRP!!  
Looks like they "borrowed" PSE's limb design for this new bow.     For the price of that bow completely set up you can go away on a hunt.

I saw that a couple of weeks ago.  Already know a few people that are waiting for it so they can run out and buy it. 

You buy it, they will produce it.  That's a tad way too much for me.  I'm hard on bows ....

A 500-600.00 bow will kill just as well as a 2100.00 bow. Only difference is you can brag about how much it cost.

I love mathews but that kinda price is just ridiculous, I really dont know what companies think.. but I am sure a few people will buy it.. And you dont even have to spend 500 on a bow theres alot out there in the 300 to 400 range that will do the job for sure.. you just have to do your research..

The world keeps turning on new products.  If every one made do with their old stuff that works just fine the economy would be in worse shape than it is.  Guess I'm not doing my part.  Less is more.  By the way, some one stole that phase from me.

Looks to me, like  PSE limb design, and going after Hoyt carbon riser. ::)They will give them to all the celeb..(Lee and Tiffany) etc.... and they will sell them!!!!!

 I love my bow hunting................but if I was going to spend that kind of $$$$...it would be for a custom built rifle......not a bow!

Rediculous is right.  But hey, when you have 100 pro shooters and hollywood hunters repping for you that kind of marketing gets real expensive.... guess they gotta make up for it somehow.  I'd  say they sould cut down on the marketing cost.  That price is a joke.

I have been hunting with a Mathew's Q2 I have had for about 8 years.....Replaced the string on it twice.........Purchased it used from a Mathew's pro-staffer and salesman.....He had already downed 3 deer with it when I bought it and in 8 years I have downed over 10......Paid $700 fully setup with a dozen arrows and 6 new broadheads........I haven't changed a thing on it and never had any problems with it..........I'll shoot it till it breaks or I die..........probably the later    ........I guess I'm not doing my part in stimulating the economy!

I can miss just as easy with a 500 dollar bow as I can a 2100 dollar bow..
My old 9 or 10 year old Parker put the smack down on one Fri. afternoon just fine.
