“Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons: But in every nation he that feareth Him, and worketh righteousness, is accepted with Him.” (Acts 10:34)
God the Father is no respecter of persons. What this means is that every single man and every single woman He has ever created is on an equal footing with Him. Meaning that He has an equal and unconditional love for each person He has ever created and He is not going to be playing favorites with anyone.
I sat with my wife this morning talking about the death of my Doctor. She was a brilliant Doctor and a loving person. Her ability has helped so many. I told my wife that it was a shame that a person with so much God given ability was taken so early in her life. Then I was reminded of the above scripture. And also reminded that regardless of whom we are, death will surly come. Sooner for some than others. It is the dilemma of a sinful world. Glory to God for Victory over death through Jesus Christ!
