Snow goose bones are a treasured item for wingbone call makers....Canadians are near as desirable....

It has to do with the federal migratory bird act. I just read it on http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Migratory_Bird_Treaty_Act_of_1918 you cannot sell any migratory bird or migratory bird parts (feathers, eggs, bones, & meat). There is nothing wrong with giving them away or using birds from "tame"  ;) geese.

Absolutely.......Can not sell any part of a goose harvested in the state of PA...Snow or Canadian........BIG FINES!!!
