Well I got a chance to head out and do some frogging last week. Our season opener was on the 30th and I didn't make it... Went out and got a nice mess of legs for the dinner table. They didn't last very long and looking forward to hitting a few more ponds this weekend.
I had the chance to take my son and two of his friends. I believe the small game hunting aspect of the outdoors is slowly declining, so I was glad to get them out and involved. They all helped me clean them too
Some were smaller frogs, but they still ate really good
Not sure where all the frogs have gone... I had about 40 on my parents place and now there are only two left. I hope these storms move some more into the ponds!
