I hear you man.  The wind is horrible here and I'm debating on going or staying home with the misses (it is Mother's Day).

Figure I might just walk down the trail one last time, listen, and see if any are close.  If not... say goodbye to a wonderful season and head back home.

It does always come and go so quickly though :(

Hope you get a good one Bruce. Turkey season is one of those things that comes and goes way too fast. I have been in a depressed state realizing it is over.

Well gentlemen its over. The birds didn't cooperate today. But I got to hear one thats was fired up. He was about 200yds south of me. I tried to get up on him but he kept heading south and over the gravel road to some one else place. I think that bird was headed to mexico the way he was moving ROTFLMBO Sometimes my calling can really turn them... The wrong way *cool*
To all of you who are still hunting good luck and give them a DIRT NAP *dance*
And no cosmo didn't make it out today. I asked him this morning and he just laughed. I took that as a NO *up*
