One rocking call Daryl!! That cocobolo is quite transparent,,,,almost like glass 
Oh man I wish I'd seen this post before I talked to Daryl and listened to this. I think Daryl was going for a design that had a very low drag with the wood Heck you should have heard the slate being played through one of the Smaller Large holes
Sounded good and now I have to figure out how to make this call not make the trip back from Kansas 
You see, I just always dare to be different. Everybody makes the little small holes....so, I came up with a way to save space in your vest. You can play these calls soft or you can turn it up and it will scream. No need for a longbox or locator call at all.... 
Porter, you could probably bait him with cookies after a long night in the tent, under the tent, or while looking for the tent, just be patient,,I am sure the right opportunity will come along and you can get him to gobble,,,
