Got my Z7!!!

its mathews' new string silencers....i got the Z7 video in the mail the other day....one wikedazz piece of equipment

does that bow come with 3 string stoppers, or is the other one an add on?  i put an sts on my pse a few years back and was wondering if the string stopper (which looks similar to the sts), is standard, or something added.

seems like overkill to me.  i wonder why they don't just go with one or the other.

I'm just kind of old fashion. Looking at the new style of bows just don't appeal to me. It's kind of like looking at a woman with tatoo's they just turn me off!!

i like the look of some of the older style bows as well, but it seems that more and more companies are making changes, some i like and some i don't.  now that being said, if an ugly bow shoots best to me and i can afford it, that's the one i'm going with.  a good looking bow that doesn't shoot well is no different then a good looking turkey call that sounds like garbage.  both are fine to display, but not something i want to carry with me and i'm really not interested in spending that kind of money on a decorative piece.

i koodnt agree more ron....but i dont think the general population thinkz that way.....didnt seem like anyone around here was too worried about the working call kategory after the big show in nashvegas...just the dekorative.......

I have two bow's one for 3D one for hunting. They are both the same bow except one is camo the other my compition bow is red and black. They are both Darton Cyclone compound bows. Both my hunting bow and 3D are 12 years old. I can gaurentee they can keep up with any new bow out there with the exception of speed, but they both shoot over 310 Fps. what more do you need. I'm not nocking anybody who buy's these new bows I just think that alot of guy's buy them because they have all the new bells and whistles!!! Heck I'm sure there are guy's out there that are buying that new RAPE CALL!!!

i bought my first new bow in 10 years last year (DXT)....figger i'll die shootin that one..

Ok I have a "dumb" question.  My stabilizer is about 3" long.  That bow looks nice and I'd love to shoot one, but what's the reason for the 8" stabilizer?  BD1 is that what you plan on leaving? 

I know it's all about balance and I'm sure there's a reason it's on there.  I just do not know that reason.  I shoot a bow, but I'm not very fluid on Bow terminology

I know how much you wanted that bow, so glad you got it!

Newer bows are tending to not be as pretty as the older bows, but not sure an animal discriminates against looks of your weapons

Helps hold on target better, It looks big, But how far out from the bow is your arrow when sitting,Sticks out alot farther than an 8" Stabilizer. I always taught the same way, Why would u put something on like that, Until u shoot a bow w/one on it.
