something different
« on: October 06, 2014, 06:50:34 PM »
Don't make too many of these.  I envy those of you with the patience and skill to turn these out regularly.  Mite have to stick with my boxes.  :-\

Some nice grained Coco with brass ferrule and hippo ivory mouthpiece. Touch of Amboyna for a lipstop.  This one is more high pitched and kee kees nicely.  Plan on using this one next week.  ;)

More Coco with deer antler ferrule and lipstop.  Buff horn mouthpiece. A more mellow and mature trumpet sound.

Nice job on the trumpets I think you should stick with them as good as they look.
