Maple/Cypress Tongue Teaser
« on: April 17, 2014, 07:54:28 PM »
I just finished this maple/cypress teaser up for my nephew over the weekend and gave it to him for his season this week. He sent me a pic of the bird he took using it today. This makes the 9th bird down this spring using a tongue call. Our youth hunt was this last weekend and our regular seasons opened yesterday. Hope the rest of the guys using them have the same luck as we've have this spring with them.
The call is a maple surface over a cypress box, with a walnut/cedar striker.

Thanks for the kind words guys, they mean a lot. This is the first spring that we've been using the tongue calls, and they've been working very well on the birds. Jeff took another bird this morning using his.
