Doc's Book.

Haven't posted on here for awhile but have been lurking in the shadows.  However, I was able to finish reading Doc's book and really enjoyed the read.  Very well written and he's a good story teller as well.  I went over to his house and picked up the book before his annual spring turkey trek began and we swapped a few stories.  Turkey Tails and Tales from Across the U.S. by Tom "Doc" Weddle, is very entertaining. 
Saw a post earlier about turkey books and I agree that this one should be on your list.  This is coming from a guy who isn't a real big leisurely reader.
Ya'll have a great spring and hope your days are filled with frequent gobbles, longbeards and curved hooks!

It is a good read.  Got to meet Doc at Nashville this year.
He has lead the turkey hunting life that we all wish that we had. 
I can relate to several of the stories in the book.

I've known Doc for years..great hunter and story teller..his book is a good read..very entertaining.

I could not agree more with the comments about Doc's book. We were fortunate enough to have Doc in our booth with us at the NWTF Convention this year and get to know him over the 3 days of that event. He's not only a good author and turkey hunter but a fine man. When you're in a 10' x 10' space for 3 days with 3 people, you get to know someone very well. He had so many folks stop by to see him and that speaks very highly of anyone.

I've read his book and given copies to friends. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Agreed! I found Doc's book well written, very entertaining, and I recommended read for any turkey hunter! As I read the book, I felt bad every time he headed to Florida!
