I make them. The design is the most functional turkey tote I know of. Boot laces on each end of a wide leather strap. Just turn the ends of the laces over on themselves to form loops, put the bird's head in one, feet in the other, strap goes over the shoulder and that bird rides nestled underneath your arm - leaving both hands free. Laces are adjustable if too long, and when they get bloodied up from all those toted birds, they can be removed from the strap, put in the washer or replaced with new ones. You can probably think of other uses for the tote. I have taken the laces off the strap to use in an emergency. Also for smaller birds like ducks, you can make multiple loops. I plan on putting more together in January.
