That was a very good story. Too bad you couldn't connect on that gobbler but I guarantee you will never forget him. Plus, hopefully he will still be there in the spring.

He is still there. You know I just read that turkeys like little clearings in big timber during the Fall. That spot is exactly that. A nice flock there. I now have two locations with birds and am looking forward to Spring.
