This little personal note was on the bottom of my mothers garbage service bill last month. Its a small company and nearly every month they put a little something different in the comments. This month it was a rate increase due to fuel costs.
L.T. just wait until they put the note about ---- Due to having to go under OBAMACARE, they will have to pay a large penalty for not providing health insurance to employees. That will be one heck of rate increase for small companies that cannot afford to provide health insurance.
