Things worked out and I was lucky. I had to serve on J. D. the first day and they postponed the trial. I got to hunt the rest of the week. I did not hear a trukey for 3 days. Friday I got on 2 gobblers and killed one of them. Sat. I when back and could not get the other to gobble, worked my way around the Mt. about 1mile and got one to answer me. He took his time coming but he would answer me every time I would call to him. About 40 min. latter he poped up over the logging road bank about 20 yds in front of me. Taged out, after  thinking I was not going to get to hunt at all. All in all I had a good WV season. Two nice gobblers, and when I got home Sat. I had a call from work and was told that they got me off J.D. and I had to take over a 50 mile road project, and would be on night shift from 6 p.m. to 7 a.m. for the next four months. That would have put the screws to me again. Luck helps. ( Turkey season *up*) ( night shift *cry*) But hay, I have a good job and if I live I will get to retire next year.  Good Luck to all
