I know a few folks here turn a bit so I thought I would post these. I had a broken handle on my 1/2" skew so I went out today and turned a new one. This goes along with the two custom carbides I got that needed handles. The carbides are full size and today I got a chance to pick up a set of 3 mini carbides that are on the way so I will be making more handles
. I love me some toys for the shop.
Walnut and poplar finished with Johnson Paste and mineral spirits applied with sandpaper on the lathe
Cherry and poplar finished with Johnson Paste Wax and mineral spirits applied with sandpaper on the lathe
Cherry and poplar finished with rattle can lacquer
