saw tooth oaks

I was hoping you guys could help me figure out what kind of tree this is.
the first two pics are of a saw tooth oak, i'm sure of that, the second two pics resemble a saw tooth but the leaves are shorter and wider and the bark is different, maybe some of yall can tell me what it is.

There are several types of Saw Tooth Oaks. Most common are the Gobbler Saw tooth and the Saw Tooth. The Gobbler has smaller acorns and leaves than does the Saw Tooth.

 Mose: the leaves look like chestnut oak but the bark is different than ours in Ohio. Deer love chestnut oak acorns. They are some of the first to fall. I had a game warden kill four deer on my farm in a little grove in one week.

My vote is for a Chinkapin oak because the leaves have points.  The chestnut oaks "points" are more rounded.  Oaks are pretty darn hard though.  See this for good quality photos.

Water chestnut . It will have huge sweet tasting acorns, deer love them.
