ok ,ok i know that teal season is in soon for some of you , so iam sharing my recipe for grilled teal. first and formost clean asap, leave skin on ,split ducks through the back bone and lay flat, cover with plastic wrap, flatten with a mallet, sprinkle with salt ,pepper, rub fresh garlic over all the duck,, let sit for 1hr. to soak in the seasoning , grill over hot coals for no more than 6 mi. on each side ,you want this medium rare, i like to bast them with melted butter and worcestershire sauce, enjoy CHEF RICK
