Dove vs. Deer

Do you think early season dove hunting will affect the deer in that area?       Gary

I have shot a limit of 15 doves, wiped off the sweat, put my shotgun in the car and grabbed a rifle, climbed a stand and shot a deer an hour later.  My answer would be no.
