The Frogg Toggs that I have seen seem a little noisy Tim.  Gore Tex is expensive but quiet and if you take care of it lasts plus you can sit through a hard rainstorm and stay dry.  Go to Bass Pro, Cabela's, Gander Mountain etc and try some on before you buy.

X2 on the Gore Tex.. From boots to Clothing its worth the money.. None of the store branded "waterproof" clothing can hold a candle to Gore..

I have a 12 Year Old 10x Shikari Cloth suit in Gore that is still as waterproof as Day one..

Also a Browning Duck Commander Gore Waterfowl suit I have wore 4-5 days a week in the nastiest conditions killing geese for the past 10 years and it does not let a drop in..
