My first wingbones
« on: April 15, 2012, 06:33:43 AM »
After making Jordan yelpers for a while, I decided to try my hand at making some wingbones as well. The first pictured is my first one made. The second one is taking a trip north to PA to Zumer, who sent me a bunch of turkey bones. They have been petinaed some to not be bright white.

This one is for Zumer.

You did well on those wingbones. Zumer is going to like one of those.

Thanks guys. The credit actually belongs to several folks. To Jeff Erb and Gerry Bramblett for advice and guidance; and, to Gerry and Zumer for bones to make 'em with.

Great looking pair Mark!  I really like the black one!  I am sure they sound as nice as the Jordan Yelper you made me last month.
